Rubber Expansion Joints
Metal gaskets are designed to withstand extreme temperatures, pressures and chemical exposure. Available in standard and custom configurations, these rugged metal gaskets are made of a wide range of materials to accommodate all types of process applications.
STYLE 204 NARROW ARCH
The Style 204 family of spool-type expansion joints are manufactured with the industry standard narrow arch design. This style is intended to be used in dynamic conditions where both pressure and vacuum concerns are present.
Also available for high-pressure applications, Style 204 MAX has the highest pressure rating available inthe industry today.
Garlock style 204 MAX is the highest pressure rated rubber expansion joint available in the industry today. Manufactured in North America, the 204 MAX is not only a solution for applications with extreme pressure requirements, but it is also tailored for high pressure Marine and offshore applications. The design of 204 MAX has earned the ABS type approval, making it the ideal solution for single point mooring stations requiring a 4:1 safety factor. The 204 MAX has also been extremely successful in many other applications, and has been specified in high pressure applications that pump water to copper mines.
The 204 MAX can be configured to meet specific customer needs and is compatible with virtually any media. The ABS type approval provides cost savings to end users by eliminating destructive testing during the requisition process.

GRAPHONIC® Corrugated Gasket (Style 603)
GRAPHONIC® Gaskets with flexible graphite sealing element are an excellent choice for heat exchangers and low pressure applications. The metal core is completely encapsulated by the compressible sealing element. Also available with an eyelet.

THERPHONIC® (Style 613) Corrugated Metal Gasket
THERPHONIC® Gaskets with a THERMa-PUR® sealing element are an excellent choice for heat exchangers and low pressure applications, also requiring high temperature. The metal core is completely encapsulated by the compressible sealing element. Also available with an eyelet.

Style 620 Single-Jacketed
Single-jacketed gaskets are constructed by encasing the soft filler material on one face and both edges. The metal jacket acts as reinforcement for the soft sealing material. Style 620 is generally used where the radial dimensions of the equipment sealing surfaces only allow space for a narrow width seal.
THERMa-PUR® Style 4122
High Temperature Cut Gaskets and Sheets
THERMa-PUR® is yet another innovative sealing solution that provides more than just temperature resistance. Style 4122 is designed for use in high temperature sealing applications. It is produced using an environmentally friendly solvent-free process and combines a unique formulation with traditional quality. THERMa-PUR® out performed vermiculite based gaskets in laboratory testing, showing significantly less leakage even in extreme thermal cycling condition.
- Extreme Temperature – Able to withstand high temperature, whether continuous or in thermal cycling conditions
- Chemical Resistance – Proprietary fomulation is resistant to a broad range of chemicals: Titanium Tetrachloride, molton salts and other heavy oxidizers
- Oxidation Resistance – Contains proprietary materials that provide improved weight loss characteristics over other high temperature solutions
- Hydrophobic (water resistant) – Resists water and provides electrical isolation thus reducing the possibility of corrosion between flanges made of dissimilar metals
- Easy Release from Flanges – Does not stick to flanges making removal of gaskets easy and fast
- Continuous Max: 1832°F / 1000°C
