INDUSTRIAL FUGITIVE EMISSION CONTROL PROGRAMME
Erith’s fugitive emission control programme aims at delivering the best in class emission control techniques for industries around the globe. 98% of fugitive emissions occurs from flange connections, valves and pumps in industrial pipelines and the grade of pollutants depends on several industrial processes. Understanding the urge for contributing towards a greener environment we have developed this programme to help our customers to achieve their goals.
What we do,
- Erith engineers execute a plant survey
- Calculate current emissions
- Study piping specs and process
- Calculate forces acting on each component of a sealing (Flanges, connections, bolts, washers & nuts) are based on EN1591-1 + A1:2009
- Conduct Training to all technical people based on EN1591-4 and certify to operate
- Recommendations to eliminate weakest links in the process in turn achieving tighter seals which helps reducing fugitive emissions and loss product from the process
